PS Global Regulations

① China:

? In September 2010, SFDA, a new resource food, was used in all other foods except baby food

? In August 2018, the PS industry standard formulation work was started (Lixing participated in the formulation), which is expected to be implemented by the end of 2019

② USA:

? In May 2003, the US FDA declared that "PS may have a certain effect in slowing down memory decline and intellectual decline caused by aging" through the brain health effect of PS, which is the only nutrient raw material approved by the FDA to have a certain effect on brain intelligence and memory.

? In June 2006, FDA GRAS agreed it can be used in food

③ EU：

In October 2009, New Food application can be used in dietary supplements.

④ Japan:

PS was included in the list of food (non drug) belonging to Japanese food drug HBM, and the individual review of food additives was notified on February 5, 2010.

⑤ Korea:

In May 2006, the Korean Food and Drug Administration (KFDA) allowed PS to be highlighted in products added with PS, and publicized that relevant products had the function of "preventing the poor cognitive ability of the elderly".
